Prairie Fire Dip


1/4 cup Butter
1 medium Onion, diced
1 can (4 oz.) Jalapenos, diced
1 can (4 oz.) Green Chilies, diced
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Heat on medium to low heat until cheese melts. Stir well, serve hot.
